Openheartedness: A Retreat on Equanimity

Meditation & Group Self-Inquiry

Fridays at 6:00 PM This Friday meeting focuses on growing self-knowledge and awareness through meditation and group self-inquiry. The meetings will consist of a 30-minute opening meditation, followed by 2 Dyad sessions (two 40-minute Dyads with one 10-minute walking or sitting contemplation in between), closing with another 30-minute meditation. NEW! Yoga Stretch/Mindfulness with Louise Cardella

Wednesdays at 2 pm athe Mindfulness Practice Center,  Starting October 11 The class will include traditional yoga poses (asanas). In Yoga Stretch we move slowly through the positions, holding some for a minute or more. This is done to work on lengthening the muscle to increase strength, flexibility and relaxation.
