WILLARD, WI – The Christine Center in Willard, WI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to fill a new position created by reorganization. This position is a key part of the Leadership Team and is responsible for the development and administration of all programs, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, communicating with the presenters and participants, and coordinating all program activities at the Franciscan retreat center, a hallmark of Clark County. The Center has served spiritual seekers across the Midwest for over 40 years with a full range of services, housed on a beautiful campus including a main center, and many modern and rustic hermitages, along with a camping area. The Center offers contemplative support to persons of all spiritual paths in a natural woodland sanctuary and for the last few years, expanded technology has allowed on-line access of programs. The successful candidate for Program Manager will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, significant experience in researching, developing, launching, and evaluating programs both on-line and in-person. The position responsibilities require a high degree of professionalism and demonstrated skills in collaborating and coordinating with team members, Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with other key staff and leadership, computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a variety of presentation technologies, the ability to organize, manage and support many tasks and priorities are key to achieving these responsibilities. The Program Manager is a middle management position, reporting to the Executive Director. Salary is competitive for the area.
