Mindfulness Through Movement Workshop

Half-Day Mindfulness Through Movement Workshop Facilitated by Simone Ferro & Meredith W. Watts

Hosted by the Mindfulness Community of Milwaukee Sangha

Join us for a transformative experience of self-exploration through movement on January 11 & January 18, 2025. In this immersive workshop, we will revise and reimagine Myofascial work, Yoga, Pranayama, and movement improvisation. These half-day sessions are designed to enhance non-duality and foster the integration of body and mind in a deeply meditative and self-illuminating atmosphere.

Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned practitioner, no prior experience is required. All are welcome to explore, connect, and flow together in mindfulness.

  • Dates: January 11 & January 18, 2025
  • Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Mindfulness Community of Milwaukee (East Side)
  • Size: Due to space limitations only 15 participants will be able to join
  • Participation: Participants are encouraged to enroll for both sessions, both for continuity and class size
  • Dana: To the Mindfulness Community of Milwaukee accepted. Suggested $15/session
