GUIDELINES FOR IN-PERSON ONLY MEDITATION GROUPS:

  • All participants must be fully immunized, including the 2 week waiting period.
  • Seating should be arranged to allow 6 feet between participants.
  • No sharing of food or beverages.
  • The leader is responsible for seeing that the cleaning protocol is carried out at the end of each session.
